Mr. Pyzyk focuses his practice on commercial law and general litigation, including the representation of individuals, business owners, and financial institutions. His years of experience in private practice include representing clients in complex commercial issues and commercial transactions.

Attorney Pyzyk has tried cases before the State and Federal Courts in Wisconsin and Illinois including the Supreme Court of the State of Wisconsin. He has successfully represented businesses and individuals in a variety of matters, including shareholder disputes, purchase and sale agreements, debtor-creditor issues, restructuring and reorganization of corporations, litigation in matters involving bankruptcy and acquisition and dissolution of business entities.

Representative clients include major state and federal financial institutions and national leasing corporations, along with contractors, architects, and engineers. Mr. Pyzyk has maintained an AV rating as determined by his peers and the courts before whom he practices. He is a frequent lecturer to trade groups and organizations in the area of commercial transactions and litigation.
